Evolve Your Fitness

So on top of the normal breakfast reading, I was looking at some recent Crossfit Norcal posts on the Evolve Your Fitness Blog.

Off that I was able to discover under their recommended reading a doctor by the name of Michael Eades. He makes some awesome posts regarding nutritional science, nutriceutical industry. On his website, he mentions that he is used to read six or more books per week! Imagine that! I don't think it's just scientific journals or publications, but the going rate on even one book per week is amazing! I think I may just try that one out too....

Anyhow, here's Dr. Eade's twitter for additional links to some great reads, including his most recent post regarding the fact that Diabetes Cases are expected to double in the next 25 years. It's such a sad thing to read about. However, I think it made me realize that these studies aren't meant to put a dark cloud on the topic or on the future of America. Rather, by informing others, health care providers and interested parties can take a stance and revolutionize change by using that awareness to make better health choices and decisions.

In essence, evolve your fitness, update your nutrition and change your health, for life.
