Thoughts

In not more than 300 words, state why you want to become a physician and what you can bring to the world of medical health in today's multicultural society.

Becoming a physician goes beyond childhood dreams of helping others in a white coats Becoming a physician is a position/occupation where I can use my gifts and talents
to heal others

preserv the purity of life and MY arts. The art of medicine is the expression of my knowledge and beliefs.
To work for the benefit of the sick
a healthy nation makes for a productive nation




What is the experience that stands out the most?
If I don't have hte clinical experience recently, what experience in my mind, solidifies my goal to become a physician

However, I do know I have a passion for the ability to cure

    2. What cultural issues or challenges should this organization and I begin addressing now?
    3. What are the barriers to addressing the above issues?
    4. What are the available resources and supports?
    5. List ways supervisors and managers can facilitate workforce changes in cultural attitudes,
    behaviors, and values.
    6. How prepared are this organization and I to effectively respond to cultural practices of patients?
